About Cedric

CEO/Executive Program Director

Cedric is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned his Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Cedric is a Community Health Center Executive Fellow at University of Kansas Medical Center.

He has more than 20 years experience in counseling, community services, executive management and leadership. Cedric is dedicated to building stronger communities, families and productive relationships.

Glenda Scott

Office Administrator

Glenda Scott is the office administrator for Lazarusman Consulting.  Glenda is a Muskegon Heights High School graduate. After serving 10 years in the United States Navy as an air traffic controller, Glenda attended Muskegon Community College and received her  Associate of Arts degree followed by her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University. She graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University with a Master of Science degree.
Glenda is a proud member of Muskegon Heights Optimist Club and West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors(WMLAR).

Marcia Rappleye

Team Staff

Marcia Rappleye has worked in treatment field in West Michigan for more that 35 years. She graduated from Western Michigan University and has been a MCBAP certified Addiction Counselor since 1996. She specializes in Driver’s license appeal submissions.

Michael Wolff,

PsyD, ABPdN

Dr. Wolff specializes in children, adolescent and adults with medical, neurodevelopmental, and psychological disorders. He is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. He is board certified in Pediatric Neuropsychology through the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology. He provides a variety of assessments including comprehensive neuropsychological, developmental and psychological evaluations for autistic spectrum disorders, complex developmental issues, acquired brain injury, seizures, tumors, learning disabilities, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, personality issues, and related medical, mental health/behavioral issues.  He continues to specialize in medical and congenital conditions and how they influence neuropsychological functioning. He has been faculty at several universities. He is experienced in conducting research, frequently provides consultation and training, and is a professional speaker. Dr. Wolff is the Co-Founder of Behavioral Resources And Institute for Neuropsychological Services (BRAINS) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He leads a multi-disciplinary team specializing in the treatment of children through adults to maximize their potential for success.

Kelsey De Vries

Counselor

Kelsey earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Calvin College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. She has spent her professional career focusing on Substance Use Disorders and Women’s Issues, though she has experience working with adolescents and men in the community as well. She is trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for treating PTSD, and became a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) by the Michigan Certification Board of Addiction Professionals (MCBAP). Kelsey was born and raised in Muskegon, and has a passion for her local community.
